What is Spiritual Life Coaching?

 Just starting to wonder what it’s all about? Perhaps you are struggling with mental/emotional health issues and would like a different approach than therapy, one that addressed the spiritual dimension, too.  Is it possible that you have had a less-than-optimal relationship with your body?  Or  maybe you’re ready to start a new phase of life that moves from just surviving to thriving.  Perhaps you suspect that there is simply more to life than what you have been told. If this describes you, the introductory level is where we will begin. This series starts with four sessions of personal life coaching which includes an intake session. The initial four sessions will be scheduled four at a time, and we will go at your pace. 

$400. for initial 4 sessions.

$100 per session thereafter.

You can continue until you reach the goals you desire.

Been looking into "alternative," healthier, more balanced ways of living?  Maybe you have been an “out-of-the-box” person for quite some time, read lots of books on living a more spiritually-based life, do yoga or meditation, or have been on a spiritual quest for a few decades.

Starting at this level, you and I  will take stock of all that you have learned so far and work on putting all the pieces together, sorting through what is working for you and what isn’t. Even if you are farther along the road of self-realization, I teach unique techniques to help you work toward mastery of mind, body, emotional center, and spirit.  This series is priced like the Introductory Level.

$400 for initial 4 sessions.

$100 for additional sessions thereafter.

While I am a licensed mental health therapist, and in working with me you will benefit from this knowledge and experience, Spiritual Life Coaching with me is not considered “therapy” in the legal sense. What this means is that I will not be diagnosing and then treating mental health disorders in my Spiritual Life Coach capacity. Life Coaching sessions are not billable to insurance companies. If I believe that you need to be working with a licensed mental health professional, I will let you know this and give you a referral if I can.
